Then enter this. That's it.
Each action tab has a search input box, at the top. It's thatI can't find a place to upload the .txt file.

Set your filter:
not following
not blue verified
max items = 25
repeat every hours: 6

The program cannot specify the location to get trends (used to, but not anymore) it's a setting within the account settings.
