I have 50 user lists in the form of @user.

Tweet filter: age <3 hrs

Then set the like . retweet / follow as you wish with the check boxes and / or ADV PRE ACTIONS

I saved 50 twitter profiles in notepad as links.

I will process the comments on the posts made by these profiles in the last 3 hours.

To like and follow the comment of the user who commented in the last 3 hours, whom I have not followed before and who is not approved (not blue).

Follow 25 people and wait 6 hours. After 6 hours, check again and follow 25 people.

Can you tell me step by step what I need to do?

Trends may not be hashtags. You can specify to ignore non-hashtag trends, or you can force them to hashtags, or you can just include any of the trends.

No, once an action is created, it's sent for processing and the UI does not affect it. You could always test and see what happens

The trends come from the twitter account setting. I don't know why it's coming from india.
Anything about your setup related to india? Is the machine in India? Account set to india?
