Hello hope all is well on your end Martin,
I had a question for you as always lol.
I want my accounts to RT what the most recent thing on there Timeline is (obviously with filters and when launched)
Would I do this by: Custom search -> Timeline -> CreatorOfTweet -> User Tweets
Or do I have this completely wrong?
Thanks again, I don't know if this is even possible so please let me know if it is and how I would do so, it would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you and have a wonderful day!

Re: Timeline
That's all you need to do.
Read it as:
Scrape timeline
That's it.
What you had was
Timeline -> CreatorOfTweet -> User Tweets
Read that as
Scrape the timeline, then get the author of the tweet, then get their recent tweets.
Probably it gets you the same post that was in the timeline, but there is no need for those extra steps
cheers, you tooThank you and have a wonderful day!

That makes more sense! Thank you!!martin@rootjazz wrote: ↑Tue Feb 13, 2024 3:42 pmThat's all you need to do.

Another question a bit off topic but not really, let's say I have 50 accounts and I have a list of 500 influencers. I want each of those 50 accounts to follow 10 unique influencers, (totaling to the 500 influencers) how can I ensure this happens?
Would I just assign a Global processing log to all 50, and set Max action to 10, and paste in the .txt file path, and check "Unique items"
Thanks again sorry for the headache

Follow tab
input: filepath of list
search dropdown: FROM LIST
Shared action: check
Select 50 accounts
Max Items = 500 (or a number greater than lines in your file)
Run action.
The 500 are "shared" over your 50 accounts, so 10 each

Martin

Now will these accounts follow 10 people in one sitting/action? If so, how can I split it up to ensure that the accounts don't follow 10 people, so it would be split between days.
example:
Day 1: Follow X People
Day 2 Follow X People
I would assume you would use the fluctuate action to make it more random per day, but how about ensuring it's run across X days.

Re: Timeline
Use lower numbers. So to follow 5 people are day, set MAX ITEMS to 250.
Set the action to repeat after 24 hours
action runs, processes 250 items
waits 24 hours
action runs 2nd time, processes 250 items, all complete action ends
