Any idea? The account is premium, so the length should not be the issue but it's happening. Thank you

what are you trying to do? Video upload?
Maybe longer videos need to be uploaded differently. I don't have a premium account to check, could I test yours to see how it works in the browser?
If I could test the account(s), that would be very helpful in trying to find out what is going on and fix / update as required: If that is ok with you, please export the account(s) (export button bottom right of accounts list) and email the exported file(s):
