newbie cant login with account

So.. Do I feel green, YES.

I can't make it login my account, i've trippled checked every information.
I have SMS authentication on, it sends it to the phone, I try and put it in the ''auth token'', but nothing happens.
it just says failed login, display username and password, I press OK and it goes on to say ''please confirm account details are correct and the proxy if used'' details did not validate or failed login check''. I dont use proxy

I do correct country format 45 (im danish)

I've seen the tutorial, but its not very helpful as the login is succesful in that video.

Whats my options? what do I need to press to just login?

Hi,

My apologies for the issues you've faced.

Please perform:

1) Clear logs: HELP > LOGS > DELETE

2) Run the action that you are having an issue with. Verify login:


If the account is not added currently:

Please click the ADD button below the accounts list
Enter the email / password as you have done
check the DO NOT VERIFY option / Uncheck VALIDATE ON SAVE (app depending)
Now click save

Otherwise / then:

Goto the ACCOUNTS tab
Check the account
Right click the account and select DELETE COOKIES
Uncheck option to USE EXISTING COOKIES (if option exists)
Check Force (if option exists)
click the link VERIFY:LOGIN

This will create an action and send it to the PROCESSING TAB
Goto the processing tab and click RUN. The action will run.
You can double click the action to view the logs and submit logs

If the login action requests a verification step: email / sms, please perform this too.

HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)

I am completely lost and cannot fathom how I ad my SMS verification. Is there any chance I can catch you in a call guiding me?

And no, im not being lazy, I find the bot very hard to use. I've tried doing it to my best, im sure the solution is easy but I cant figure it out for the love of my life

So in complete frustration, I turned off 2 factor, and now it works. But perhaps you could explain to me exactly how and where I put in the SMS code I receive when it goes to processing?

ok 2fa is the issue, it's not supported. You need to turn it off, then log in. Then you can turn 2fa back on manually
