What settings should I make to get all repost using scraping?

what reposts do you want to scrape? From a particular account?
Check the FILTER options, if you can do it, it will be there, although I am not 100% sure you can. Maybe though

I checked, not possible to scrape only retweets with a filter.
The program would need an update to only include Retweets
