That's the twitter response, they won't send you the code. Try manually in your browser, I imagine you get the same message.

Actually tried with same ip, same account, not getting that message. Easily adding phone... But I need do take action in bulk.

Still the same error. However, I tried to 'Open Browser Session' and I was able to add a phone manually with no problem. But you know I need to add mass phone. Please fix that sir
