Auto Reply Feature Question

Hello guys, i have some questions that i coudn't find answers.

I need the Auto reply feature. Is it possible to target some accounts and send replies for their every future tweet.
I think it's possible to pick keywords and respond to tweets containing those keywords.
Can we do both? Or can I select some of the accounts to do the first and some to do the second?
Is there a limit for the accounts, can I do this with as many accounts as I want?
And i guess i need to buy proxy too, could you tell me about this process

Also i have to buy accounts, so is there a place you recommend?

And I'm open to any advice you can give to avoid banning accounts.

depends on the number of accounts you want to use. Do you want to hide your home IP from twitter, taht it is your home location logging into the account(s)? If yes, yes you need proxies
