Have you verified your proxies are working? Are they IP auth and you haven't added your IP by any chance?

Tutorials are

And the forum contains lots of advice / guidance

Anything you are unsure of, just post it up :)

What you mean by ip auth? I ve private proxies from buy proxy and when I try to authorize them noone is valid , wich is very strange to me since they are fresh proxies . Any advice? Also I hit the RUN button but then it goes on the WAITING status and scrape nothing.

Go to you private proxies provider, check the control panel, usually providers authorize the use of the proxies either by password or by listing the real IP addresses from the computers where you will be using your new private proxies. Probably you need to set your real IP on your proxies provider control panel.

If you hit RUN and the status didn`t change at all an keep on waiting, check the "schedule" column to see if you accidentaly scheduled it for a later date. Even with no working proxies if you hit RUN the action should have changed to PROCESSING or at least to FAILED.

Private proxies are either

IP AUTHENTICATED - they will ONLY work on the allowed IPs you specify
USERNAME:PASSWORD - the IP of the proxy includes IP:PORT:USERNAME:PASSWORD
