Can't scrape client id

Been facing this problem recently and it still doesn't work. Need your help ASAP.

you must be out of date as this error can no longer occur, as it doesn't rely on your machine being able to scrape the ID.

However, it does imply your machine cannot access soundcloud.com, if it's a VPS try and access soundcloud from the web browser.
