Browser auto closed after second

When I am going to the browser to generate cookies for a new account, the Chrome browser opened but after a second it closed automatically without anything. what is the problem? How can I solve this problem?

make sure your chrome uptodate (open chrome goto SETTINGS > ABOUT and it will update if needed)
failing that, HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT
then send your logs ID - the numbers are sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)
