Rootjazz

I would like twitter dub to follow the users that like the tweets of the users in a list. I have the list and have them inputted.
I'm trying to work it out with follower/custom search.
The rootjazz youtube video on this subject has terrible audio and cannot work out a thing being said.
Please help.
