Can you send raw logs please:
right click the action > RAW LOGS > copy and send me the contents of the file that opens.

and
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the numbers are sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)

Are these logs related to the initial issues? I don't understand how so

As to the "Something went wrong", there isn't anything in the logs to indicate. I will need to run some tests on the action on various accounts and see what I can find
