All "Post Image RSS" actions were lost during the last software update

Post by visionmw »

Hi, I just updated Twitterdub to Version 3.4.0.264, and I noticed that all the "Post Image RSS" actions I had are gone.
There were almost a hundred different actions, on different accounts, so it would be a big pain to add them manually one by one again.
I want to think that the action files are still saved inside the twitterdub folder, and they just were not loaded properly. Is there a way to recover those actions or are they gone for good?

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance

They are still in the database don't worry, something is stopping them from loading. Can you submit database please:

Can you submit your database please

TOOLS > CREATE DB BACKUP AND SEND TO SUPPORT

then send your DB ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)

I installed the test version of the software and when the program opened, there were only 6 "Post RSS" actions in the queue. I restarted the program to see if the rest would appear, but now none of those action are there.

my apologies, I didn't count how many loaded, I just saw a few.

Let me reload your database and check and confirm there persist after restart

Hi Martin,
did you find a solution for this issue? The "Post Image RSS" actions are still not loaded, even with the latest update.

sorry, seems I didn't post the update here. I thought I spoke with you via email.

For me, all 150+ actions now load, and reload each restart.

If the actions STILL do not start for you, can you:

goto:
%appdata%\rootjazz\twitterdub\database\

zip up the folders:
dbaction
dbaccount

and upload somewhere and email me the link:

Code: Select all
