How to Avoid getting flagged on twitter

Hello, I have about 500 PVA accounts. But on many of my attempts, Twitter catches me and asks for phone verification. I use private proxies and 1 proxy in every 3 accounts.If I rt different tweets there is no problem but when I try to rt the same tweets my accounts get flagged immediately. Can you help me prevent this? What is the best task to avoid getting banned for bulk accounts?

Have you emailed verified the accounts? If not, you will have to verify them somehow, either email / or phone.
