Have the same problem. It looks like 2Captcha can't solve this captcha. I had to log in manually and solve the captcha to unlock the account.
I guess 2captcha is able to solve it since some of my accounts got fixed in that way. But most of the accounts are still on Arkose with the details I shared. There might be a bug related to the program. Hope the boss will check that.

Yes, this happened after I ran verify login web, accounts were not fixed but when I log in account manually there was no captcha. And the account is unlocked easily, only clicking a button. There might be a new thing.

Seems the captcha is submitted and looks ok, then it loops back and something goes wrong which is not expected and program incorrectly marks the attempt as successful when it wasn't.
Unsure what going on tbh, logs will help.
