Yes, this happened after I ran verify login web, accounts were not fixed but when I log in account manually there was no captcha. And the account is unlocked easily, only clicking a button. There might be a new thing.

If I could test the account(s), that would be very helpful in trying to find out what is going on and fix / update as required: If that is ok with you, please export the account(s) (export button bottom right of accounts list) and email the exported file(s):

I have sent you copy of log, photos of restricted account and photo showing arkose message in twitterdub. You can use the two accounts I sent you to test. I sent the email to your regular account as well as support[at]rootjazz[dot]com. Hope we can resolve this issue.

if you have accounts for testing, send them to me please.

Also, what is your issue exactly. 2captcha reporting the captcha is unsolvable? The best solution right now is better IP. Then 2captcha can solve it

if you are using a proxy, a better quality proxy will help.
