That isn't how the program works. Please watch the POST IMAGES tutorial I posted above, to see how posting images works.
I suppose you could use a WATCH FOLDER, then any images added to the folder will be uploaded and the text file of description can be added to the folder as well.
But if you want to use a WATCH FILE. Where the path and other details are added to a file that is checked, that isn't supported, but I can add it if you really want to do things that way.

Firstly, IMMEDIATELY, means a very specific thing. It's HARD to do it immediately.
If you don't mind doing it some delay. the MASS ACTIONS have a PROFILE MONITOR option.
Enter the url of the profile
check PROFILE MONITOR
select your accounts and the other options (pause / repeat / amount etc)
If you want to be as close to immediate as possible, you must provide PROXIES, the proxies will be used to scrape the feed leaving your accounts free to react to the new post. this will allow you to scrape every (x) seconds, but WARNING, if you over scrape, your IP gets blocked. So the more proxies you provide for scraping, the better it works / faster you can do it
