Hello,
Can someone tell me the best way to create 200-300 twitter accounts? I have seen several softwares when I search, however, most have poor reviews.

Buy them from pro sellers who do nothing buy create / sell accounts. Probably they are more up on the game then a general bot.
Maybe others have experiences with account creation bots though?

no. too much hassle account creation these days. Especially in a one time payment program. Then when people use low quality proxies it's just hassle and bad vibes that the accounts died and people swear blind their proxies are top quality, then turns out they are free public proxies.
