Hi, I just sign up to Death by Captcha but I´m having problems getting it to work with TJ. Every time I try to create a new account I get this error. Also on the settings tab the account balance shows "err". I know the DBC account is working fine because I used it with and email creator en solved the captchas without problems.
Could you please give me a hand with this? Thank you!

Re: Death by Captcha problem
This might be the problem. If I try to go to www.deathbycaptcha.com using my local address, the website do no load. I need to use a US proxy address to be able to load the website. I think it might be the same problem with the API server call.
Do you know a way around this?

Ont the other hand SuperHAC works fine with the DBC account, so I don`t know if my previous message applies.

Re: Death by Captcha problem
hmmm, it does look like you blocked from DBC, as the error is coming from the DBC code, not my code.
Have you tried contacting DBC asking why your IP is blocked? As a paying customer, they shouldn't block you and is probably a mistake

Re: Death by Captcha problem
I´ll contact them. The strange thing is SuperHAC is working fine, so I don´t know if an IP block is the problem. Also, I have the same problem from 2 different locations with different ISP. I´ll let you know.
Re: Death by Captcha problem
The IPs doesn`t seems to be the problem. If I manually consult the api sending a GET request from the browser the API answer correctly. They also confirm the IPs are not banned or blocked. (user and pass deleted for privacy)
Re: Death by Captcha problem
I tested a few more bots today and all of them where able to use DBC services without a problem.

What anti virus program do you use?
Do you run a firewall?
Can you check that the program is allowed through to the external network and the program is not blocked
