My apologies for the delay in sending your license. Due to the new payment processor limitations, sending of the licenses is now a manual process. Any purchases that happen between Friday and Monday will be sent first thing Monday morning when I get back to work as I am unable to get online over the weekend due to family commitments at this time. Again, my apologies for any inconveniences and your understanding is appreciated :-)

Just an FYI: Support hours are:
Monday to Thursday: 0800 to 1800
Friday: 0800 to 1300

Timezone: GMT -5hrs

National holidays the usual English speaking holidays (UK)
