Hi !
Can I add my own proxy list to get plays,likes, followers etc? And can I get unlimited plays ?

no, proxies cannot give likes and followers. Proxies can be used on ACCOUNTS and those accounts can give likes and followers
And can I get unlimited plays ?
technically yes, we don't limit you. But unlimited as in infinity, no. You cannot give 100 billion plays in 24 hours. Resources depending
