systematic fails

i have processes that systematically fails, and give this error log:
* FAILED: 9392845 : Couldn't login :

Hi,

I just find out that the problem is that the blogs were banned by tumblr this is why i have this log error. What would you advise me to not get banned? how many account could i run for one ip, how many likes and follow per day?

I personally think just a couple per IP is ok, others say up to 10.

As for likes and follows, again I keep well below the limits allowed per day, others say you can do more.

But for likes, about 100, for follows about 50
