Select the account, click "Browser Login(stay logged in)", but the account cannot be successfully logged in, what is the reason?

No idea. Something went wrong?
What happens?
Does the browser open?
Does it try to login?
Does tumblr report an error?
Does nothing happen?
Have you submitted logs?
If you don't provide logs, I have no idea. I am not magic :-p
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT
then send your logs ID - the numbers are sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)
any reason why you are trying to browser login? And not just use normal login?

Seems like the machine is refusing the connection to the driver
What machine are you using? home / vps / server.
What OS?
And from above
What happens?
Does the browser open?
Does it try to login?
Does tumblr report an error?
Does nothing happen?
I think the browser NEVER opens, please confirm.
Basically it appears selenium (browser controlling library) is stopped from running on your machine by your machine.
Most often this is you Anti Virus / Security software. The two most common are:
* Windows Defender
* Smart screen
Please check your anti virus / security software and make sure the applications program files folder:
c:\program files (x86)\tumbling jazz\
is whitelisted and / or all the .exe and .dlls in that folder.

did you do this?

If you haven't restarted the machine for a while, restart.
If you haven't run windows update, do that.
After that, if it still won't work, can I log into the VPS?
