I hope this is a minor issue but the account share plays and the regular plays don't seem to be working
maybe it has something to do with a Soundcloud update the plays are saying success but the actually track
doesn't show any new plays.

Got the same issue a few months ago too, it's 100% proxy.
Try some other proxys. Maybe scrape free proxys just for testing (regular plays), a few should always working.
