Best Warm Up Workflow In Your Opinion?

Hello,
Two questions here, any responses are greatly appreciated
1- I have 500 Twitter accounts that would take way too long to warm up manually. In your experience, what would be the best workflow to get these warmed up using TD? Any videos that you can link me to on this?
2- Is there a particular VM that you would recommend for running TD on Mac -- how do free ones like VirtualBox compare to paid ones like Parallels?
