Follow every post liker (with hashtag X in post)

Hi,
How can I follow post likers of posts with a certain hashtag in it?

You need custom search:

For this example:
input: #hastag
STEPS:
HASHTAG SEARCH (10)
LIKERS (10)
This way you scrape 10 posts, get 10 likers from each, then follow the 100 results
NOTE if you do RECENT search, maybe the tweets do NOT have 10 likers yet, so you can use POPULAR HASHTAG results, or request more posts
i.e.
HASHTAG SEARCH (100)
LIKERS (10)
so a total of 1000 results and if you want 100, you "should" find enough results - depends on your #hashtag if people like the recent tweets
