Not Finding Specific Post Via Recent Search

I'm trying to set up the accounts so they search recent tweets for a specific term, find a tweet by a specific account, and then like/retweet it.

For example:
1. I create a tweet via @account1 with a hashtag "#twitter"
2. Set up twitterdub to "Like" using the search term "#twitter"
3. Set the Twitter Filter to "username:account1"
4. Set custom search for "Tweet search (Recent)

It never seems to find @account1's tweet. I can see that it's searching for the #twitter hashtag based on the logs, but it never finds the tweet made by @account1, even though the tweet is at the very top of the search results.

Even in the logs, the tweet ID by @account1 doesn't even appear at all, even though it was made 1-2 minutes before the task was started.

I've submitted the logs via twitterdub, #70477

ok let me check what is going on. IT should be finding it.

However, if you are wanting the most recent tweet from an account, this isn't he way to do it.

use:
CUSTOM SEARCH:
STEPS:
RECENT

but still, if the tweet is in the #hash feed, it should be found. Let me get back to you once I've checked logs and ran tests

Regards,
Martin

Yes, I get how to find it from the account directly but we need the accounts to search for a tag, find the tweet, and then like/comment/retweet.

It gets much better traction and is more likely to hit the top of the search feed.

Working fine for me.

If you post your tweet.
Then goto SCRAPER tab and scrape most recent 10 posts (no filter).
Is the tweet in the results file?
