InstaDub not show on Desktop

Instadub suddenly does not show up on desktop anymore. but i see it in task ( Ctrl + alt + del )
what can i do? I also can not find the download anywhere on the site

%appdata%\rootjazz\instadub\
rename "database" to "database_backup"
Try and load the app?
Does it work now? If so, your data is causing an issue. Zip up the database_backup folder and upload it somewhere and send me the download link to:
If changing the database folder name does NOT work, goto
%appdata%\rootjazz\instadub\
zip up the "logs" directory, upload it somewhere and send me the link

i just leave it
i re-add the account(s) i need. it's okay. Thank you

Ok, then the issue was a data issue, cause the program to stop loading. Why? I don't know. If you happy to start again fresh then carry on (on a new database folder will be created when the previous one we renamed was not found).
If you want your data back, then send me the renamed folder and I can investigate here what was the cause
