Does twitterdub have a function to create lists and add people that follow or like specific pages or posts etc like from https://twitter.com/i/lists/create

if not is it possible to add it?

You can find ADD TO LIST functionality on FOLLOW tab, everything is the same as follow, just click ADD TO LIST button instead to create the action

yes but can it create lists too? there is option to add people to lists,but not to create lists

ahh ok, sorry my misunderstanding.

No at this time, CREATING LISTS is not supported.
