and may I test the account? If so, export and email to me.
I've tested accounts on local IP/proxies and works 100% of the time, so hopefully it is some minor issue that we can identify today

I don't get it, it's working flawlessly here.
Please submit logs:
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT
then send your logs ID - the numbers are sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)
I tested another users accounts, and they also work perfectly here...

Tested this on another machine in another country (vps) and it's working as well.
Please try this and let me know, if still doesn't work, submit logs:
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT
then send your logs ID - the numbers are sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)

For English machines only at the moment. Just found the cause for non-English machines, should have update for that in the next few minutes.
