Changed global in settings to 1. restarted the app.

still shows 100.

now it is saying Daily limit fluct apply (stored): 490
Account Daily limit: 390 follow
Global fluct daily limit: 100

Logs: 28834

Ok, that's the confusion. The control has vanished you must have set it, then it vanished and you cannot unset it

Check the global fluct value.
Change it
Restart app
Check the value, what does it show?
Check your action? What do the logs say?
Change the global fluct. Restart app
Run your action, what do logs say?

I've been having a problem with the unfollow feature for a while, I'm trying to unfollow 7k ish accounts from the unfollow tab, but every time it stops I have to scrape and start over, can you show me how to process the remaining accounts, eg, from a list, this feature used to be an option, but now I can't seem to find it.

If you have a list, there is a button UNFOLLOW FROM LIST.
