delete all files in the folder that opens

Delete all actions / or pause all, make sure nothing is running.

Run the plays routine, with verified proxies (private best)
Also with proxy.

Just use 1 thread, and only need to request a couple of plays.

Then submit logs.


It works for me and others I have asked to test. Which implies it is something on your machine as a proxy that doesn't work for you works for me. Not sure if I have asked you to try a different machine as that should rule / out / in if it is machine based, if I haven't please do

It was working when you updating to 1.3.5.0 but then it's not working anymore when I try it yesterday, maybe there's some update in reverbnation sites.

I am also having this issue.
Today i was starting up again the bot (since i did not used it for a few months) and i receive the same error message:

I am using a VM with a bunch of RAM and CPU without any FW enabled or AV

I did try in other machine in previous version and the result is the same,got invalid cookies
the strange thing is video play working fine using the same proxies (you said this is probably proxies problem)
So what cause the problem actually, any idea? I did uninstall and reinstall but the result is the same
The first time you release version 13.5, i did test it and it working fine, then 2 days ago i want to use it, but then i got invalid cookies problem again like it was, so i think there's some changes in reverbnation sites that cause the problem and this bot need some update fix.

This is coming from the Microsoft library, the .net framework (Microsoft code) is saying the cookie is invalid.

Again, if you can provide the details you were / are using (artist / track ids) and let me know what proxies are you using.


@Fortune I believe you were using private proxies and you sent them to me and they worked, so it isn't a proxy issue.

When you tried on a different machine, was it using the same network? Or a different location?

I will run some standard tests again, but each time I test it just works. Which makes debugging hard, especially as the issue is coming from code which is meant to be considered high quality.

nothing changed with RVN, still working fine here and on other machines

so please send some example tracks to try, maybe that has something to do with it.
