Honestly, I don't know. Try and run Windows Update - install everything outstanding / recommended / suggested / optional. I'll try and find out more on how I can figure it out

I always update my Windows to the latest tho.

Updated it today as well and rerun the action again, still the same.

Can this be installed on a Mac? I think I will have to ask my colleague if it will work with her device.

No, you cannot install on a mac directly. You can install on a windows VM on a mac, but it has to be on a full windows OS
