1) Clear logs: HELP > LOGS > DELETE

2) Run the action that you are having an issue with. VERIFY LOGIN

3) If the issue happens again, submit logs:
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)

You are timing out because the program is trying to log into your email account but the details are wrong. The program finding zero messages, waits a minute and tries again (assuming the 0 mails founds is due to the mail not arriving, rather than it couldn't login)


Provide working POP details and this will fix itself, but I will fix the bug where it retries if there is no access for next update
