TD shuts down

Post by neo4295 »

TD stops at some point and may shut down at any time.

I use a mobile proxy, and when I was looking at the logs in the processing tab, the logs stopped for a while and then shut down when the communication was interrupted at the timing of the rotation of the proxy. However, usually the system retries several times after communication is lost and works fine.

I will send you the log.

Next time it happens. DO NOT RESTART THE APP. But send me the logs manually

Goto the directory:
%appdata%\rootjazz\twitterdub

then zip up the logs folder (right click > send to > zip)

If the file is less than 8mb, email it to me:

Code: Select all

Otherwise upload somewhere and send me the link

It shut down again just now and I emailed the logs to you in a ZIP file without rebooting, so please check it out.

Please check my reply to your message earlier.

This problem is still unresolved now and not knowing when TD will shut down is a big problem.

When this happens, what is TD doing?

How many actions?
How many threads?
How many accounts?

Can you check windows event log to see if windows killed the process

And anyone who has this happen. DO NOT RESTART the program, send me the last hour of logs manually

Goto the directory:
%appdata%\rootjazz\twitterdub\logs

Order files by date, then zip up the last hour or logs (right click > send to > zip)

If the file is less than 8mb, email it to me:

Code: Select all

Otherwise upload somewhere and send me the link

Have you reviewed the message I sent to you? Some of the information in the message

There may be no solution to solve this problem.

I was looking at the log of the action that is running follow in the processing tab, and it seems that when the proxy is about to rotate, it loses connection to the network for a few seconds, but when it does, it may not reconnect properly.

When that happens, the log freezes at the “Network Error” message and the TD itself shuts down after a few minutes.

This seems to happen regardless of how many threads or operating accounts there are.

The TD then shuts down when this log cancels the action that is frozen with a network error displayed.
