A complete newbie, I need help - TwitterDub

Hi guys

I just bought TwitterDub and one of the main features I need is a way to reply to posts using specific hashtags. I'm not too sure how I can find this? The program is very confusing for someone new so I would appreciate your help. Also, how do I know if I successfully logged in? Everything seems so confusing but I'd appreciate your help
