Log ID 84572 - Log in/Cookies/Verification/Suspended

Hi Martin,

Following up on the previous log, please see Log ID 84572.
As with a few here, some kind of issue with cookies etc.
Everything is up to date.

Steps I've tried with the 1 account shown in the log -

• Verify Log In Web without cookies & force - times out
  Delete Cookies then Generate Cookies Browser Log In - successful
  Verify Log In Web without cookies & force - times out
  Verify Log In Web with cookies - account suspended

I've got 8 accounts suspended now & a few with failed log in & network failures.
Got to the limit of what I can find on the forum to help.

Hoping you can help, I have a project deadline I'm trying to meet.
I was making great progress & now I'm getting a bit worried I might have to abandon it entirely.

ok so from the logs, I see one account logged in and detected it was suspended.

Later you tried to verify 2 more accounts got

23:10:21: Waiting for TLS results file...
23:10:31: Waiting for TLS results file...

Next time this happens can you goto

TOOLS > PYTHON > GENERATE PROCESS IDENTIFIER


then try the verify account action again. Does this work? yes/no let me know

Tried every variation of actions I could to test what is happening.
Steps I've tried with the accounts shown in the log -

Account 1

• Verify Log In Web without cookies & force - account is suspended

Account 2

• Deleted Cookies then Generate Cookies Browser Log In - successful

• Verify Log In Web without cookies & force - account is suspended

Account 3

• Deleted Cookies then Verify Log In Web without cookies & force - account is suspended

Account 4

• Deleted Cookies then Generate Cookies Browser Log In - Failed (think this might have been my fault - had the "Force" checked)

• Deleted Cookies then Generate Cookies Browser Log In - successful

• Verify Log In Web with cookies - account is suspended

There were no time outs but I decided at this stage to try the TOOLS > PYTHON > GENERATE PROCESS IDENTIFIER anyway.

Account 5

• Didn't delete cookies first - Generate Cookies Browser Log In - successful

• Verify Log In Web with cookies - account is suspended

Account 6

• Didn't delete cookies first - Verify Log In Web with cookies - Failed - Timed Out

I redid the TOOLS > PYTHON > GENERATE PROCESS IDENTIFIER

Account 7

• Didn't delete cookies first - Verify Log In Web with cookies - Failed - Timed Out

• Deleted Cookies then Verify Log In Web without cookies & force - Failed - Timed Out

I redid the TOOLS > PYTHON > GENERATE PROCESS IDENTIFIER

• Deleted Cookies then Generate Cookies Browser Log In - successful

• Verify Log In Web without cookies & force - account is suspended

I don't understand how these accounts are all being suspended as soon as they log in via TD but not on the web?

All of my accounts were only in warm up phase & I'd left them alone entirely for a few weeks while Elon was doing his bot clean up thing & I had other work I could do on my project. I'm really worried now. Is it an account issue or a TD thing I am doing incorrectly? Or is Elon too clever?

After a browser login. Did you try and use the account in the browser? The program will perform additional tests on verify login to test the status of the account. This may not be apparently at first with a browser login, but when you try and use the account it will trigger and show the "suspended" screen.

Just need to be sure if the account is / is not suspended with browser login.


If the account is absolutely fine with browser login and in the browser you can like / follow / post. Then it is pointing to something else happening with verifylogin.



Could you export me a couple of suspended accounts so I could test them here please


If I could test the account(s), that would be very helpful in trying to find out what is going on and fix / update as required: If that is ok with you, please export the account(s) (export button bottom right of accounts list) and email the exported file(s):
