Bulk Update Accounts - Export Current settings as CSV?

Post by Dreamer_Remarks_18 »

Hi Martin,
Bought TD a while ago & have been happily learning how it works. Loving it! :)

I've got a quick question re Bulk Update of accounts using a CSV file.

Is it possible to export a CSV of the current settings for all my accounts & then reimport with changes?
Particularly interested in the current usernames, names & bios of my accounts.

I'd also like to be able to assign account tags in the same action.
Is that possible?
ie add in account tags to match what is in the bios?

Then I'd be able to decide which accounts need updating as opposed to those with good existing bios that I could just add in tags for my purposes.

Thanks for your help.

No, not in the correct format. I cannot even think of a round about way to do it...
But it is a good idea.
username, realname, bio,....
Anything else?

What do you mean. You want the import / export to grab the hashtags in the bio and list them? Or assign them to TD account tagging module (allowing filtering of the view?)

hey Martin,

I'd be happy with the current CSV import mapping tbh - if we could just export the same it would be great.

Think the below is correct?
CSV:
username,name,website,location,new_username,avatar,header,bio,country,lang
or
name,website,location,new_username,avatar,header,bio,country,lang
& Yeah - assign them to TD account tagging module (allowing filtering of the view?)

Cheers Kat :)

There is a custom export module, right click on accounts IIRC
