The Pre Action is not functioning.

When creating the process for Follow, we had set up Likes to work under [Adv Pre-Actions], but it appears that this is not functioning in the current Version:3.6.0.4.

I would appreciate it if you could check on this.

Include raw logs:
Right click the action > RAW LOGS > copy and send me the contents of the file that opens.

Generate issue specific logs:

Please perform the following:

Delete or pause all existing actions. If actions are already running due to autorun on startup, disable autorun at startup and restart the app. Then pause all (or delete) ALL actions must be waiting / paused,

Delete existing logs
HELP > LOGS > DELETE

Perform a test action to cause the issue you are experiencing:

PLEASE NOTE: Do not perform other actions at the same time. Only use one thread. Do not run any actions after this action.


Submit your logs:
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the numbers are sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)

It's ideal to perform the like action at the same time as the follow action with the same account. Yesterday, I updated to version 3.604. Before that, I was using version 3.601, and I did not encounter this problem. The only things I did were update to version 3.604 and check the [Attempt to login with cookies if login verification required detected]

As you haven't said what you mean by "not working" I had a quick look.

Run a test action.

Search 1 result from a simple search
Have it pre like and follow
If the account has cookies it will work.

There is nothing wrong with pre like.
If your accounts need to log in, as per the sticky thread, you need to update the python environment.


You can confirm this via a clean login:

Goto the ACCOUNTS tab
Check the account
Check Force
click the link VERIFY:LOGIN

This will create an action and send it to the PROCESSING TAB
Goto the processing tab and click RUN. The action will run.
You can double click the action to view the logs and submit logs.

If that doesn't resolve your issue, please submit logs:

HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)
