FAILED, could not login to pop server

I cannot get twitterdub to add my pop details. i know my email has pop enabled. ive tried email@email.com,password,pop.gmail.com,995,true and email@email.com:password:pop.gmail.com:995:true no spaces and every time i get FAILED, could not login to pop server.

submit logs and I will take a look

HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the numbers are sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)


But it's nearly always:
bad login details
pop login not enabled
pop server not configured correctly
