Not recommended, you cannot just hammer the server every second every day. You will get blocked / banned

however, if you really want to, right click the action in waiting /pause mode (add account in paused mode by holding down shift whilst creating the action)

You should be able to modify the repeat seconds or set RepeatNoWait to true.

Again, I don't recommend you do this
