me too, it shows this error when we try to auth accounts.

few of my accounts got this too.
tried to restart it, delete cookies and reset useragent. none fixes it
accounts are ok and non restricted when loging it manually in chrome/firefox

Seems there is a TLS finger print identifying not whitelisted TLS cipher libraries. Looking at solutions / work arounds....
