Comments and DM issue!

Hi

Track comments and DM not working properly.
DM return error is "sender must be followed" but I tried with my dummy account, which accepts messages from everyone.

Not sure what to say, Soundcloud returned this

So assumed sender must be followed before sending DM

I tested in browser and it shows a message "user only accepts DMs from followers"
