Is it possible to set it before an action, rather than after it completes, so that it repeats automatically every day?

・If you follow 5 people, leave it alone for 10 hours.
・Follow 5 after 10 hours
・In other words, you will be following a total of 10 people per day.
・Repeat this every day

As above:

or from the action start time (to repeat from action start time you need to right click the action in the processing tab and select EDIT ACTION > then modify the "repeatFromStart" value.

You will need to set the optional manually. With the action in pause / waiting mode (to add action in paused mode hold down SHIFT key whilst creating the action.
Then right click the action
select EDIT ACTION
Find the option to REPEAT FROM START, set it to true
