follow split/users

I follow users from followed list.
Is possible split users to follow with accounts?
I mean if I've 100 users to follow in my list and 10 accounts, I would like to follow 10 users for each account and only once and not 100 users for each account.

Then your 100 items in a list are shared between the selected 10 accounts.
