Procntrol lc_2114 ERROR. Stuck on "waiting"

Can you zip up your database folder for me



Click the Windows / Start button (or press the Windows key on your keyboard)
In Windows 7 you can type straight into the search box, in XP click run first
Type
%appdata%\rootjazz\tumbling jazz\

then you should see a "database" folder, zip it up and email it

ok, may take me a while to download it.


In the mean time, you could try


Go back to the database folder
%appdata%\rootjazz\tumbling jazz\database\

and find the folder:
dbaction



Rename this to
dbaction_backup

Or if you don't have any actions you want to keep, just delete it.


Now, if you try and restart the program, there will definitely be no actions running, and if the issue is a rogue stats process, it should now load.
