Hashtag issue when posting a comment with an image

I'm using the mass tweet option, and every time I comment with a random image while using %kw%, I end up getting an unnecessary hashtag.

Let's say on the assign tweet I have "%kw% I like red" and then a random media selected. And lets say for the keywords I have "test 1", "test 2", "test3".

Whenever the bot comments to a tweet, it will include a random keyword, but at the end of the tweet, it will include a hashtag

For example, the reply would be "test 2 I like red #test 3"

How can I remove the # at the end?
