so i have this error for some weeks now. it shows up when I want to follow multiple users. I did look at the proxy tutorials and forum posts. I did add a few free proxy list url's to the document. But maybe i am overlooking something. Here under is the error message.

I would need the full processing logs that you pulled the above from (email in if you don't want public
And / or replicate the action (single processing thread) then submit logs

well i have 'pulled' this from by double clicking the failed processing item. It is the complete Failed Reason. I have looked and searched in the program but it is not clear to me which file you might need.

o.k. i produced a .bin file and have mailed it to support. I hope it is the right file.

Menu option, top of the applicationHELP > LOGS > SUBMIT
select HELP then LOGS then SUBMIT
It will send all your app logs to me
