Everything stopped working. I receive following message:
network failure, wait try again: 1
network failure, wait try again: 2
network failure, wait try again: 3
network failure, wait try again: 4
network failure, wait try again: 5
I checked proxies manually in firefox and they work.
Please help

No network. Program couldn't access twitter server. received either 0 or -1 response meaning nothing received, or a 5xx which is usually proxy related.
Try again.
If issue remains, and you SURE proxies work, then something is blocking the app on your machine.
Check ANTI VIRUS (windows defender)
and SMART SCREEN / security software.
Disable both for a test, if it works, then one of those is the issue, usually smart screen, just disable app protection and should be fine
